Story about of the Old Summer Palace and its looting and destruction by British and French soldiers in the Second Opium War. Among the treasures stolen are twelve bronze heads of the animals of the Chinese zodiac. A treasure hunter Jackie/Asian Hawk (Jackie Chan) and his team Simon (Kwon Sang-Woo), Bonnie (Zhang Lan-Xin) and David Liao (Liao Fan) set out on a global quest to find a set of Chinese zodiac bronze heads that were stolen from a Beijing palace in the 19th century
